What better way to start the New Year than announcing that Brampton House apartments are now being let at social rents to local households.
We are proud to have engineered this innovative residential conversion project for Bramcourt Limited and Armada Property. As part of the Torbay Council’s pioneering ‘Hotels to Homes’ initiative, the development of 14 modern, energy-efficient one and two-bedroom apartments was completed at the end of 2025.
Redevelopment of the former Brampton Court Hotel in Torquay will help meet local housing demands, as well as contributing to the broader regeneration efforts within Torbay.
